The steps below instruct on the operation of the FFT feature:
1. Press the MENU key; the function menu will appear on the right side of the
screen.
2. Press MENU ▲ or MENU ▼ to select FFT MODE. Five options will then be
available at the bottom of the screen.
3. Press F1 to turn FFT ON/OFF (the green waveform F will be shown
on the screen after the FFT calculation is completed).
4. Press F2 to switch between channel CH1 and CH2; the currently selected
channel is indicated at the top left of the screen.
5. Press F3 to switch to WINDOW with the following available options:
HAMMING、RECTANGLE、BLACKMAN, and HANNING.
6. Press F4 to switch to Format with the options: dB and Vrms.
7. Press F5 to zoom in/out; the magnification selections are: *1, *2, *5, *10.
8. If the FFT source is CH1, press the red button VOLTS POSITION ,
z One of the following three prompts will appear at the bottom-left of the screen
when the Format selection is set to dB.
— FFT dB level
— CH1 voltage level
— FFT vertical position
