Flush the Spray Gun
Flush the gun before changing colors, at the end of the
day, before storing, and before repairing the gun.
1. Turn the ES ON/OFF valve OFF.
2. Relieve the pressure.
3. Remove and clean the air cap and the spray tip.

WARNING
Fire, Explosion, and Electric Shock
Hazard
To reduce the risk of fire, explosion, or elec-
tric shock, turn the ES ON/OFF valve OFF
before flushing the gun.
CAUTION
Flush the gun with a non-conductive, compatible sol-
vent. Conductive solvents can cause the gun to mal-
function.
Do not use methylene chloride as a flushing or clean-
ing solvent with this gun as it will damage nylon com-
ponents.
WARNING
Skin Injection Hazard
To reduce the risk of a fluid injection injury,
always follow the Pressure Relief Proce-
dure, page 24, whenever you are instructed
to relieve the pressure.
