To assemble the dust collector base:
1. Make sure the dust collector motor is
unplugged!
2. Install the the casters with the four

⁄16"-18
acorn nuts and washers. (see
Figure 6).

4. Place the round and rectangle supports on
the base and install with six

⁄16"-18 x

⁄16" hex
bolts (see
Figure 7).
5. Align the impeller/separator assembly with
the supports, and install six

⁄16"-18 x
1
⁄2" hex
bolts (see
Figure 8).
6. Position the elbow as shown in Figure 8,
and secure it in place with the #10-24 x
3
⁄8"
phlips head screw.
7. Position the handle as shown in Figure 8,
and secure it in place with two M6-1 x 10 flat
head screws.
