SECTION 3: GENERAL INFORMATION
Grizzly Industrial, Inc. is proud to offer the Model
G8749 Drum/Flap Sander. This sander is a part
of Grizzly’s growing family of fine woodworking
machinery. When used according to the guide-
lines set forth in this manual, you can expect
years of trouble-free, enjoyable operation, and
proof of Grizzly’s commitment to customer satis-
faction.
The Model G8749 features a powerful 1 HP
motor with a 1725 RPM arbor speed. Supplied
with the sander are two different sizes of inflat-
able sanding drums and a 6" diameter flap
sander for irregular shapes. The unit comes
prewired and ready to operate at 110V.
We are also pleased to provide this manual with
the G8749. This instruction manual was written to
guide you through assembly, review safety con-
siderations, and cover general operating proce-
dures. It represents our latest effort to produce
the best documentation possible. If you have any
criticisms that you feel we should pay attention to
