Gasket (18) must be replaced if diffuser-seat (15) is removed
or replaced to avoid fluid leakage
Gasket (17) must be replaced if fluid connector (30) is removed
or replaced to avoid fluid leakage
Lubricate threads
Apply anaerobic pipe sealant to threads
Apply high strength sealant to threads
Thread nut to bottom thread of needle
Use tool (34) to pull needle cartridge until it bottoms in gun
body front end insert.
U-cup lips face inward
Torque to 23–27 ft-lb (31–37 NSm)
Torque to 20–24 ft-lb (27–32 NSm)
Torque to 15–19 ft-lb (20–26 NSm)
Lubricate with light-weight oil
Do not lubricate
If the gun has the AA RAC assembly, tighten the air cap
retaining ring until it bottoms out, while holding the orange tip
guard in the desired direction.
Torque to 90–100 in-lb (10.2–11.2 NSm).
