PIPELINER 70S-G AWS: ER70S-G All Position MIG (GMAW) Wire Electrode
Pipeliner 70S-G MIG wire electrode
is especially intended and pack-
aged for the needs of semiauto-
matic and automatic root pass pipe
w
elding. Delivering low hydrogen
deposits, 70S-G exhibits an extremely
fluid puddle for outstanding wash-in
at the weld toes and uniform bead
shape. Well-suited for use on
API 5L-X56 through X70 pipe.

Primarily intended for all-position
root pass welding on pipe steels
such as API 5L, 5L-X56 through
5L-X70
Capable of consistent x-ray quality
welds.
Typical applications include high-
yield pipe steels.
