OPERATION
WARNING:
Do not allow familiarity with tools to make you
careless. Remember that a careless fraction of a
second is sufficient to inflict severe injury.

APPLICATIONS
You may use this tool for the purposes listed below:
n Drilling in wood
n Drilling in both hard and soft metals
SETTING THE POSITION OF THE BAIL HANDLE
See Figure 5.
The bail handle may be adjusted to three positions, depend-
ing on the application and the angle that will give you most
control and best access to the workpiece.
To set the position of the bail handle:
n Using a 14 mm wrench, loosen the hex head screw on
each side of the tool by turning counterclockwise. It is
not necessary to remove the screws.
n Adjust the handle forward or back until the desired posi-
tion is reached.
n Tighten the screw on each side by turning the wrench
clockwise. Do not overtighten.
