TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
1. No meter reading
2. LEDs are not glowing
3. Vehicle will not start in Engine Start
4. Charger is connected correctly but
charging is not taking place
Solution
A. Check to see if the charger is plugged into the AC outlet.
B. Make sure that the AC outlet is live, by plugging in a lamp.
C. Check connections to the battery.
A. Check to see if the charger is plugged into the AC outlet.
B. Make sure that the AC outlet is live by plugging in a lamp.
A. Unplug the charger and check the connections at the battery.
B. Wait the 4 minutes of rest time and try again.
C. The thermal protector may have tripped and needs a little longer to close.
Wait and try again.
D. On a severely discharged battery, charge for 10 to 15 minutes in the 12
amp manual rate to help assist in cranking.
A. The charger defaults to the 2 amp automatic condition when first charging.
If your battery does not have 1 volt, you need to switch to the Manual mode
for a few minutes until the charging begins and then switch back to Auto-
matic mode in the desire charge rate.
