Effective December 1, 2005 Bostitch, L.P.warrants to the original retail purchaser that the product purchased is free
from defectsin materialand workmanship, and agreestorepairorreplace,at Bostitch’soption, any defective Bostitch
branded pneumatic stapleror nailer for aperiod of seven (7)yearsfrom date ofpurchase (one(1)yearfrom the date
ofpurchaseforcompressorsand toolsusedinproductionapplications).Warrantyisnottransferable.Proofofpurchase
date required.This warrantycovers only damage resulting from defects in materialor workmanship;it does notcover
conditionsormalfunctionsresultingfromnormalwear,neglect,abuse, accidentorrepairsattemptedormadebyother
than our national repair center or authorized warranty service centers. Driver blades, bumpers, o-rings, pistons and
pistonringsareconsidered normallywearingparts.Foroptimalperformanceof yourBostitchtool always usegenuine
Bostitch fasteners and replacementparts.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT
LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE.BOSTITCH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
