When installing the Carbon Brushes d.
(60), make sure the carbon portion of
the Carbon Brushes contact the motor’s
Stator (56) and that the springs face
away from the Stator. Also, make sure
the springs operate freely.
After replacement or cleaning, replace e.
the two Carbon Brush Covers (61).
NOTE: New Carbon Brushes (60) tend to arc
and conform to the motor’s Stator (56).

mild detergent to clean the body of the
Saw. Do not immerse any electrical
part of the tool in any liquids.

Troubleshooting
