CONNECTING TOOL TO
POWER SOURCE
A separate eHectricaHcircuit shouHd be used for your
tooHs,This circuit shouHd not be Hessthan #14 A, W, G,
wire and shouHd be protected with a 15-amp time Hag
fuse, Have a qualified eHectrician repair or repHacedam-
aged or worn cord immediateHy, Before connecting the
motor to the power Hine,make certain the switch is in
the "OFF" position and be sure that the eHectriccurrent
is of the same characteristics as stamped on the motor
namepHate, AHHHineconnections shouHd make good con-
tact, Running on HowvoHtage wiHHdamage the motor,
DO NOT EXPOSE THE DUST COLLECTOR TO RAmN
OR OPERATE THE MACHmNE mNDAMP LOCATmONS.

ON/OFF SWITCH
The ON/OFF switch assembHy is Hocatedon the side of
the motor, To turn the dust coHHector"ON", move the
switch (A) up to the "ON" position, To turn the dust
coHHector"OFF", move the same switch down to the
"OFF" position, See figure 14,
LOCKING SWITCH JN
THE "OFF" POSiTiON
When the Dust CoHHectoris not in use, the switch key
(B) shouHd be removed so that it cannot be started,
Grasp the switch key and puHHit out of the switch
assembHy, With the switch key removed, the switch
wiHHnot operate, However, shouHd the switch key be
removed whiHethe dust coHHectoris running, it can be
turned "OFF", but cannot be restarted without inserting
the switch key, See figure 14,
