FLUORESCENT TUBE REPLACEMENT

When purchasingreplacementfluorescent tube,request
recommendedpart number7819602. See Figure5.
TO REPLACE FLUORESCENT TUBE;
• Remove battery packfrom workllght. See Page 8.
• Remove screwto release lenscover. Remove lens
cover by pullingforwardand lifting from the housing.
• To remove oldfluorescent tubefrom spdng,gently
graspthe lower edge ofthe rubbercushionand sides
of bulb, Carefullyworktube in a side-to-sidemotion
while easingtube forward andup untiltube Is free from
the spnng.Do not pullfluorescent tube straight out
from itscenter, as this Increases chance ofbreakage.
Remove rubbercushionfrom oldfluorescenttube and
place on top of newtube, rounded edge facing
outward,
• Insertnew fluorescenttube in spdng by aligningprongs
on tube withholes Intube socketarea, Gently push
downon base of newtuba untilfully engaged. Do not
forcetube into place.
• Replace lenscover by slidinglower edge intohousing.
Alignscrew holesat top, Witha handtool,tighten
screw.Do not use drtllincludedtnkitto tighten screw,
as drilltorque may damage lens cover.
• Replace battery pack.
