BEFORE EACH USE, inspect the 1.

Check for loose screws, misalignment
or binding of moving parts, cracked
electrode holder head or other broken
parts, damaged electrical wiring, and
any other condition that may affect its
safe operation.

ing Vent (15) and Fan (14) with com-
pressed air.
The Ceramic Nozzle (3a/3b) on the 3.
Tig Torch will occasionally need to
be cleaned of spatter from welding.
Clean it with a metal brush. When
the nozzle deteriorates or can no
longer be cleaned, it will need to be
replaced. Unscrew the nozzle and
replace it with a new one.
