4-7. Cleaning Or Replacing Gun Liner

To Reassemble Gun:
Install and tighten new liner.
Cut liner off 3/4 in (20 mm) (3/8 in
[9.5 mm] for aluminum) from head
tube.
Install adapter, contact tip, and
nozzle.
Y Disconnect gun from unit first.
Tools Needed:
Lay gun cable out straight
before installing new liner.
Head Tube

Remove nozzle, contact tip, and
adapter.
Blow out gun casing.
Remove liner.
