1. Turn the base on edge and attach the four caster
assemblies to the threaded holes in the corners of the
base. The loose nut and washer on the caster should
be removed and reversed (washer on top of nut) as
shown in Figure 3. Place a wrench on the bottom nut
and turn clockwise to screw the caster assembly firmly
into the base.
2. Mount the two extension plates to the ends of
the base, each with four screws, four flat washers,
four lock washers, and four hex nuts. See Figure 4.
3. Mount the support plate to the underside of the
base, as shown in Figure 5. Use four screws, eight
flat washers and four nuts.
