Effective December 1, 2005 Bostitch, L.P.warrants to the original retail purchaser that the product purchased is free
fromdefects inmaterialandworkmanship, andagreestorepairorreplace,atBostitch’s option, any defective Bostitch
branded pneumaticstapler ornailer fora period ofseven(7) years from dateofpurchase (one (1)year fromthe date
ofpurchaseforcompressorsandtoolsusedinproductionapplications).Warrantyisnottransferable.Proofofpurchase
date required.This warranty covers onlydamage resulting from defects inmaterialorworkmanship;it does notcover
conditions ormalfunctionsresultingfromnormalwear,neglect,abuse,accidentor repairsattemptedormadebyother
than our national repair center or authorized warranty service centers. Driver blades, bumpers, o-rings, pistons and
pistonringsareconsidered normallywearing parts.Foroptimal performanceofyourBostitch toolalwaysusegenuine
Bostitch fasteners and replacement parts.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT
LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE.BOSTITCH SHALL NOT BE LIABLEFORANYINCIDENTALOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
