INTERNAL ROUTING (Figs. 11, 11a, 11b and 12)
1., With depth-of-cut set, tilt router and place on workpiece with leading edge of sub-base
contacting workpiece first (Fig. 11)_
2. Turn motor "On" and let motor build up to its full speed, being careful not to let cutter bit
contact workpiece.
3. To begin your cut, gradually feed the cutter bit into the workpiece until the subbase
is level with the workpiece (see Fig 11 a, 11 b).
4. When cut is completed, turn motor "Off' and let cutter bit come to a complete stop
before removing it from the workpiece.
5. Unplug router from power source, place router upside down on worktable, and inspect
finished cut in workpiece.

I z_ WARNING: Always securely clamp your workpiece and keep a firm grip
on the router base with BOTH HANDS at all times, Failure to do so could result in
loss of control causing possible serious personal injury, if using a router table,
large cutter bits should be used for edging only,
z_ WARNING: Removing cutter bit from workpiece while it is still rotating
could damage workpiece and result in loss of control, causing serious personal
injury.
