BATTERIES
Your'drill'sbattery pack is equipped with 14 nickel-
cadmium rechargeable batteries. Length of service
from each charging willdepend on the typeof work
you are doing.
The batteries in this tool have been designedto
provide maximum troublefree life. However. like all
batteries, they will eventually wear out. De not
disassemble battery pack and attempt to replace the
batteries. Handling of thesebatteries, espedally when
wearing rings and Jewelry,could resultin _.serious
burn.
To obtain the longest possiblebattery llte, we suggest
the following:
II Store and chargeyour batteries in a cool ares.
Temperatures above normal roomtemperature
will shorten battery life.
[] Never store batteriesina dischargedcondition.
Recharge themImmediatelyafter they are
discharged.
[] All batteries gradually10setheir charge. The
higherthe temperaturethe quickerthey losetheir
charge. Ifyou store your tool forlong perleds of
time withoutusing it, recharge the batteriesevery
month or two. This practicewill prolongbattery
lile.

recycleor disposeof batteries
properly.
