Maintenance chart

Skipping nails. Intermittent feed.
Nails jam.
Driven nail is bent.
Drives properly during normal
operation, but does not drive fully
at faster nailing speeds.
CHECK METHOD CORRECTION
Check for a jam. Clear a jam.
Check function of nail feeder per Clean and lubricate.

Check for proper nails. Use only recommended nails.
Check air pressure. Increase air pressure. (Do not
