Warranty Policy
In addition to any legally stipulated warranty rights
resulting from the purchase, Milwaukee Electric Tool are
warranted to be free from defects in material and work-
manship as stated below.
1. The warranty period is 24 months from the date of
purchase. This must be documented by an invoice or
other proof of purchase.
2. The warranty period for battery packs and chargers is 12
months from the date purchase.
3. The warranty period for all Milwaukee power tools
purchased from 01 April 2009 onwards in Australia and
New Zealand will be extended to 36 months provided
that the end users register their newly acquired tools
for the extended warranty online within four weeks of
the date of purchase using the online registration form
at www.aeg-pt.com. Furthermore, buyers must give
their consent to the storage of the data which they are
required to enter online. The registration confi rmation,
which is sent out by e-mail, and the original receipt
showing the date of purchase will serve as proof of the
extended warranty. Rechargeable battery packs, battery
chargers and any accessories supplied are not included
in the extension of the warranty. Your statuary rights are
not affected.
4. This warranty does not cover: 1) repairs made or
attempted by other than Techtronic Industries Australia
/ Techtronic Industries New Zealand or their authorized
Service Agents; 2) normal wear and tear. Parts such
as carbon brushes, bearings, seals, o-rings etc. must
be regularly inspected so that the wear and tear on
such parts does not lead to failure of the machine. For
optimum performance the machine should be inspected
regularly by an authorized service agent; 3) abuse; 4)
misuse; 5) improper maintenance; 6) continued use after
partial failure; 7) tools that have been modifi ed; tools with
electronics used on generators; or product used with an
improper accessory.
5. Should a problem develop, return the complete product
to Techtronic Industries Australia or their authorised
Service Agents (if purchased in New Zealand to
Techtronic Industries New Zealand or their authorised
Service Agents); freight prepaid and insured. If inspection
shows the problem is caused by a defect in material or
workmanship, all repairs will be made at no charge and
the product will be returned, transportation prepaid. A
warranty repair does not constitute an extension or a new
start of the warranty period.
6. In no event shall Techtronic Industries Australia / Techtro-
nic Industries New Zealand, or any of it affi liates, be liable
for consequential, incidental or indirect damages or other
losses or expenses incurred by reason of use or sale of
the product. This warranty is in lieu of all other warran-
ties, expressed or implied whether for merchantability or
fi tness for particular use or purpose.

心。在运送期间,产品必须有安全的包装,送货人的地址
注明和描写工具损坏情形。
四)修理是免费的。修理后,这保証期是没有延长或从新开
始。我们有权保存一切改换的备件。
