Woodstock International, Inc. (Woodstock) warrants
this product against defects in workmanship and mate

rials for a period of one year from the original date of
purchase. We will repair or replace at our option, any
part or parts of the product covered under this warranty
which, after examination, proves to be defective in
workmanship or material during the warranty period.
This warranty does not cover repair or replacement
due to misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, un-autho
-
rized repairs, alterations or lack of maintenance. This
warranty does not cover loss of use of product during
repairs —either under warranty or otherwise.
This is Woodstock’s sole written warranty and any
and all warranties that may be implied by law, includ
-
ing any merchantability or fitness, for any particular
purpose, are hereby limited to the duration of this writ
-
ten warranty. We do not warrant or represent that the
merchandise complies with the provisions of any law
or acts. In no event shall Woodstock’s liability under
this warranty exceed the purchase price paid for the
product and any legal actions brought against
SECTION X: WARRANTY
Woodstock shall be tried in the State of Washington,
County of Whatcom.
We shall in no event be liable for death, injuries to per

sons or property or for incidental, contingent, special
or consequential damages arising from the use of our
products.
Woodstock reserves the right to change specifications
at any time as we constantly strive to achieve better
quality equipment. We make every effort to ensure that
our products meet high quality and durability standards
and we hope you never need to use this warranty.
