Dust port installation.
Align the dust port holes with the tapped holes on
the side of the sander.
Insert the 1/4-20 x 3/8 Phillips head screws with
1/4" washers, through the aligned holes and tighten
as shown in .
Align the dust port door hinges with the hinges on
the sander.
Insert the hinge pins through the aligned hinges, as
shown in , and tap with a hammer for full
insertion.
Close and latch the dust port door.

Align the dust port cover hinges with the hinges on
the sander.
Insert the hinge pins through the aligned hinges
(), and tap with a hammer.
Shut and latch the dust port cover.
