W1764 Power Feeder
If you damage one or more wheels, you can easily replace
the wheels.
DISCONNECT THE FEEDER FROM POWER!
Using a #2 Phillips screw driver, remove the three
cover screws and the cover (18).
Put on your safety glasses and remove the retaining
ring (18) using external retaining ring pliers.
Replace the wheel and reassemble the power feed-
er.

After a long period of time you may notice the motor lose
some power or begin to growl during operation. This indi-
cates that the motor brushes are worn and need replace-
ment. The brushes can be easily replaced.
DISCONNECT THE FEEDER FROM POWER!
Using a standard #2 screw driver, unscrew both
brush caps (19).
Replace the brush set (19) and reinstall the
caps.
