W1764 Power Feeder


If you damage one or more wheels, you can easily replace
the wheels.

 DISCONNECT THE FEEDER FROM POWER!
 Using a #2 Phillips screw driver, remove the three
cover screws and the cover (18).
 Put on your safety glasses and remove the retaining
ring (18) using external retaining ring pliers.
 Replace the wheel and reassemble the power feed-
er.


After a long period of time you may notice the motor lose
some power or begin to growl during operation. This indi-
cates that the motor brushes are worn and need replace-
ment. The brushes can be easily replaced.

 DISCONNECT THE FEEDER FROM POWER!
 Using a standard #2 screw driver, unscrew both
brush caps (19).
 Replace the brush set (19) and reinstall the
caps.
