WARNING! Exhaust fumes from the engine
contain carbon monoxide, a colorless and
odorless gas. A poorly maintained, damaged,
or corroded exhaust system can allow carbon
monoxide to enter the cab or sleeper. Failure
to properly maintain your vehicle could cause carbon
monoxide to enter the cab and cause death, personal
injury or serious illness.
Cam Brake Camshaft Splines; Disc Brake
Shaft Splines and Slide Pin Retainers; Brake

Antiseize type grease, Rockwell specification 0-637.
Brake Camshaft Bushings EP Chassis grease, lithium 12-hydroxystearate base, NLGI 2.
CAUTION: Do not contaminate brake linings with grease.
Steering Shaft Grease Fittings EP chassis grease, lithium 12-hydroxystearate base, NLGI 2.
Brake Treadle Hinge and Roller Engine oil
Lock Cylinders Lock lubricant.
Door Hinges Not required — Teflon bushings
Door Latches & Striker Plates. Polyethylene grease stick.
Door Weatherstrip Silicone lubricant.
Other Items Use manufacturer’s manuals.
