A'I-rACHING REPLACEMENT BLADES TOTHE SAW (See Figs. 17 - 20)
,/_ WARNING: ThisTwin Cutter saw uses speciallydesigned5-in. blades
and no othertypesor sizes of bladesshouldever be used.Othertypes and sizes
of.blades will not operate safely in thissaw and couldresult inseriouspersonal
injury.
See the accessories section of this manual for the proper replacement blades
that are needed for this saw.
1, Unplugthe saw,
,/_ WARNING: Failureto unplugthe saw couldresult in accidentalstarting
causingpossibleserious personalinjury,
2, Lay the saw clown withthe blade arborpointingupward.
3, Place blade"A" onto the bladeflange withthe "A" clearlyvisible(see Fig. 17).
4. Align the holes on the bladewiththe pinson the flangeand securely fitthe blade
on theflange (see Fig, 18),
5. Take the arboradapter "1" and push it down onto the flange withthe "1" clearly
visible.Make sure thatthe adapter isproperlyseated overthe flat sidesof the
flange.(see Fig,18),
6, Place blade "B" onto the adapter withthe "B" easily visible,then thread lock nut
onto shaft. DO NOT tighten, (see Fig. 19).
7. Turn the blades so that the holes in both blades are lined up.
