Unit does not prime
Unit primes, but has no
pressure or poor pressure

1. Air leak due to:
a. Loose suction nut.
b. Worn O-rings.
c. Hole in suction hose.
2. Stuck or faulty balls.
1. Pressure set too low.
2. Filters are clogged.
3. Upper check valve faulty or
worn.
4. Prime/Pressure Relief Valve
bypassing.
5. Packings and/or piston worn.
1. Blown spray tip.
2. Packings and/or piston worn.
3. Upper seat worn.
1. Blown fuse.
2. Electrical failure.
Symptom Possible Cause(s) Corrective Action
Troubleshooting Chart
a. Tighten suction nut.
b. Replace O-ring (PN 106-011) on suction seat.
c. Replace suction hose.
1. Service lower and upper check valves.
1. Turn up pressure.
2. Clean or replace gun filter, inlet filter and/or manifold
filter.
3. Service upper check valve.
4. Clean or replace Prime/Pressure Relief Valve.
5a. Tighten packing nut.
b. Repack unit.
1. Replace spray tip.
2. Repack unit.
3. Replace upper seat.
1. Replace fuse (20A SlowBlow).
2. See electrical troubleshooting on page 15.
