Thissectiondescribestheperformance ofthePP355battery.Standarddischargecurves,performance
atavarietyofenvironmentalconditions,pulsecapability, andservicemaintenancedataarepresented.
2.1‐‐PerformanceatStandardConditions
StandardconditionsforEnergizerZincAirPrismaticbatteriesaredefinedas21°Cand50%relative
humidity(RH).Undertheseconditions,thePP355batteryisdesignedtoprovidecontinuousdischarge
capabilityupto100 mW.Whilebestperformanceisobtainedin standardconditionsandcontinuous
dutycycles,EnergizerZinc Air
PrismaticBatteriesperformwellovera wide rangeof environmental
conditions and inintermittent applications aswell.Figure 6contains typicaldischarge curves forthe
PP355understandardconditionsandconstantpowerloadsof25,50,75,and100mW.

equivalentvolume.Todemonstratethisadvantage, Figure7showshowPP355andAAAAAlkaline
batteriesperformonthesamecontinuouspowertests.ThePP355lastslongerthanthealkalineAAAA
eventhough thevolumesof bothbattery
typesareapproximatelythesameat2.37ccand2.2cc,
respectively.
