To install the sanding belt:
1. Make sure the tension lock knob is loosened.
2. Move the tension lever into the release posi-
tion as shown in Figure 7.

3. Make sure the arrows on the inside of the
belt point in the counter-clockwise direction,
and place the sanding belt over both rollers
as shown in Figure 8.
To install the tension lever:
1. Thread the end of the tension lever into the
swivel assembly as shown in Figure 6.

2. Tighten the lock nut against the swivel
assembly to secure the tension lever.
