5-4. Installing Exhaust Pipe

! Engine backfire can cause se-
vere burns or other injuries.
Do not point exhaust pipe to-
ward control panel. Keep
away from exhaust outlet.
! Point exhaust pipe in desired
direction but always away
from front panel and direction
of travel.
. Be sure to tighten exhaust clamp
nuts. Exhaust clamp supplied
with muffler.
