Time Configuration Fields
Time Server URL A real time clock has been enabled on the FaxFinder
Server which can eliminate the need to use an external
time server to get the Time of Day. To set the real time
clock: Set the current time in 24-hour format in the Time
(24 hr) hh:mm:ss field. Set the current date in the Date
mm/dd/yy field. Select none for the Time Server. Click
update and the real time clock will be set using this
information.
The time of day is preserved across power cycles of the
Server.
If you use an external time server, the real time clock
will be set in response to time retrieved from the
external time server.
Add Time Server URL Used to add a user-supplied time server.
Request Interval This value (to be set by user) indicates how often the
FaxFinder will update its clock from the Time Server.
Use Daylight Savings Time
(DST)
Y/N
Adjust clock setting to coincide with Daylight Savings.
Time Zone alphanumeric Indicates the time zone in which the FaxFinder server is
located.
Date Format
mm/dd/yyyy

dd/mm/yyyy
-or-
yyyy/mm/dd
The date can be set to one of three orders, where mm
is the month, dd is the day of the month, and yyyy is
the year.
Time Format
12-hour or 24-hour Indicates whether time is presented in a 12-hour
scheme with an am/pm designation or in a 24-hour
scheme.
Time (24hr) hh:mm:ss Display current time in 24-hour format. This can be
used to set the time for the real time clock.
Update (button) Click on this button to make changes to Time Configuration settings take effect.
Reset Unit fields
Reset button Click on this button to re-boot the server.
