MOVING TRIMMER LINE CAN CAUSE
SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURY. AVOID
CONTACT WITH THE ROTATING TRIMMER
LINE.
WARNING: THE USE OF THE
TRIMMER/EDGER WITHOUT THE
PROPER GUARD OR HANDLE
PROVIDED MAY RESULT IN SERIOUS
PERSONAL INJURY. ONLY USE
WITH HANDLE AND GUARD PROPERLY
ASSEMBLED TO TRIMMER/EDGER.
CAUTION: CONTACT WITH
MOVING PARTS CAN CAUSE INJURY.
AVOID CONTACT WITH THE ROTATING
TRIMMER HEAD.
CAUTION: THE LINE CUTTING
BLADE ON BOTTOM OF THE GUARD
IS SHARP. DO NOT GRASP THE LINE
CUTTING BLADE WHEN PICKING UP OR
HOLDING THE TRIMMER/EDGER.
Other than the wear parts identified
in this manual, the trimmer/edger has
no user serviceable parts. Service and
repair work require special training.

STORAGE, TRANSPORTING,
AND DISPOSAL
STORING THE TRIMMER/EDGER
Remove the battery pack from the
trimmer/edger.
Clean the trimmer/edger thoroughly.
Store in a dry place.
Keep out of reach of children or pets.
STORING THE BATTERY PACK
When storing the battery pack longer
than nine months, follow these
guidelines:
Remove the battery pack from the
trimmer/edger or charger.
Store in a cool, dry place.
Keep out of reach of children or pets.
To prolong battery life, never store
battery packs in a completely
discharged condition (with no indicator
lights lit) (Fig. ).
Store at a temperature between -°C
and °C (-°F to °F).
