Laser does
not respond
to remote
control
Line does

Line-lock indicator
(status display).
Unlock line or use the
lasers line buttons.
Out of range. Remote
control must be within
150 m (500 ft) when
standing in front of the
pipe laser and 10 m
(30 ft) from behind.
Move the remote
control within range.
Blocked signal. If too
many obstructions are
in the way of the
remote control’s
signal, or the pipe
laser’s collector
windows are dirty, or
the remote control’s
emission window is
dirty, the line will not
operate.
Remove obstruction
and clean windows.
Emission indicator
does not blink or
seems dim.
Return the remote
control to an
authorized service
center.
Line moves
in only one
direction
Line movement is at
limit range.
Reset laser within line
movement range.
