CORRECTION
Clean.
Be sure outfit is adequately
protected from the elements so
as to prevent water seeping into
system.
Adjust. See engine
manufacturer's instructions
included with engine.
Use only fuel recommended by
engine manufacturer. See
manufacturer's instructions.
Check all connections to insure
tightness.
Check to be sure all connections
are tight.
Clean filter or properly size pipe
to the remote intake.
Check for source of leak and
correct.
Replace with larger unit or
purchase a second outfit.
Replace.
Tighten.
Tighten fittings with audible leak
and check fittings under pressure
with soapy water solution.
Replace air tank.
Do not drill into, weld or other-
wise modify air tank or tank will
be weakened. Tank must be
replaced.
If safety valve or unloader valve
replacement is necessary, a part
with the same rating must be
used.
PROBLEM
Rough Operation of Gasoline
Engine. (Consult the "Gasoline
Engine Owners Manual" for
Manufacturer's Service Center for
warranty, repairs and service
parts.)
Insufficient air and too much
compressor "ON" time.
Flywheel wobbles.
Air leaks.
CAUSE
Clogged fuel line.
Water in fuel.
Faulty choke control.
Improper fuel mixture.
Loose ignition system connec-
tions.
Air leaks in carburetor or mani-
fold connections.
Restricted air intake
Air leaks in system.
Undersized unit for air require-
ment.
Worn or carbonized valves.
Set screw or bolt not tight
enough.
Tube fittings loose.
Leak at welds
