Wipe off oil from the tapered portion of engine shaft and matching tapered hole of rotor shaft.

10-29.)

Install rotor on the engine shaft and tighten the
through-bolt.
Apply a wrench on the head
of
through bolt and
hit
wrench handle clockwise with a hammer
to
tighten.

If
an impact wrench
is
available, use it.
