Follow the Pressure Relief Procedure
whenever you see this symbol.
This equipment stays pressurized until pressure
is manually relieved. To help prevent serious
injury from pressurized uid, such as skin injection,
and splashing uid, follow the Pressure Relief
Procedure when you stop spraying and before
cleaning, checking, or servicing the equipment.
1. Depressurize hotmelt system.
2. Close the bleed-type master air valve.
3. Actuate the applicator repeatedly until no uid
ows.
4. If you suspect the module nozzle is clogged,
remove nozzle and then actuate the module to
relieve pressure.
5. If you suspect the module or uid hose is
clogged or that pressure has not been fully
relieved after following the steps above, VERY
SLOWLY loosen inlet tting, inlet lter, or hose
end coupling to relieve pressure gradually,
then loosen completely. Clear hose or module
obstruction.
6. Turn off air pressure to the solenoid valve.
