Making Settings
When in the Manual camera mode, you can adjust the
exposure when Auto Exposure or Aperture Priority is
selected. You can make 21 different settings in
increments of 0.2, from -2.0 to 2.0 EV.
Note:

The selected exposure setting is shown at the right
side of the LCD monitor.

Photographic knowledge and experience is
necessary to correctly adjust the exposure. Be sure
the exposure settings are appropriate when taking
important photos.

When shooting under poor photographic
conditions, EPSON recommends taking several
photos of the same subject using different
exposures.
Making predefined exposure settings
The PhotoPC 3000Z has four predefined exposure settings
available when the Program camera mode is selected.
When to use a predefined exposure setting
Refer to the descriptions below to make the appropriate
settings.
Normal
For taking basic photographs. Uses the following settings:
❏ Auto exposure
❏ Divided brightness metering system
Sports
For photographing fast-moving subjects. Uses the
following settings:
❏ High shutter speed
❏ Automatic sensitivity
❏ Divided brightness metering system
Portrait
For photographing portraits. Uses the following settings:
❏ Wide aperture setting
❏ Spot metering system
