To mount the control panel:
1. Remove the bolts, lock washers, and flat
washers shown in Figure
7.

2. Lift the control panel into place and secure it
with the bolts, lock washers, and flat washers
removed in Step 1

3. Attach the brace from the control panel to the
sander as shown in Figure
