TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
PROBLEMS
(SYMPTOMS)
Major physical or electrical damage
is evident.
No wire feed, weld output or gas
flow when gun trigger is pulled. Fan
does NOT operate.
No wire feed, weld output or gas
flow when gun trigger is pulled Fan
operates normally.
POSSIBLE AREAS OF
MISADJUSTMENT(S)
None
Contact your local Authorized Field
Service Facility.
1. Make sure correct voltage is
applied to the machine. See
Installation section, “Electrical
Connections”.
2. Make certain that power switch
is in the ON position.
3. Make sure circuit breaker inside
wire drive compartment is reset.
1. The thermostat may be tripped
due to overheating. Let machine
cool. Weld at lower duty cycle.
2. Check for obstructions in air
flow.
3. Check Gun Trigger connections.
See Installation section.
4. Gun trigger may be faulty.

If all recommended possible areas
of misadjustments have been
checked and the problem persists,
contact your local Liquid Arc
Authorized Field Service Facility.
