Phase Notes
• Assemble with hardware as shown.
• For ease during assembly, assemble uprights flat on the ground.
Hardware needed:
• (12) D - NUT BARREL WH 5/16x7/8 - H100005
• (12) AD - WASHER LOCK EXT 12x19 - H100031
• (12) AC - WASHER LOCK EXT 8x19 - H100030
• (4) H - BOLT WH 5/16x1-1/2 - H100010
• (8) K - BOLT WH 5/16x2 - H100012
Parts needed:
• (2) E1 - FORT UPRIGHT - W101140
• (2) E2 - FPRT UPRIGHT - W101139
• (2) H1 - FLOOR BRACE - W101147
• (2) M1 - GROUND BOARD - W101146
Step 1: Attach 'H1' Floor Brace to the
inside of 'E1' & 'E2' Fort Uprights using
hardware 'D', 'AD', 'AC' and 'K', as shown.

Step 2: Attach 'M1' Ground Board to
the outside of 'E1' & 'E2' Fort
Uprights using hardware 'D', 'AD',
'AC' and 'H', as shown.
Note: It is vital that the fort
be level before and after
each phase of assembly.

OREINT PRE-DRILLED HOLES
IN THE NARROW EDGES OF
'E1' AND 'E2' UPRIGHTS TO
THE OUTSIDE OF ASSEMBLY.
