6. If you have made any changes to the model, display it in the Layout workspace, in
order to enable Visual Composer to verify the layout of the iView components.
7. Click Deploy.
Result
Visual Composer compiles the model and creates a portal business package in the location
defined in the Visual Composer portal installation (or modified by selecting Tools → Options
→ Portal). The model is deployed to the portal you are currently connected to, and the
deployed iViews are automatically added to the Visual Composer iViews channel. Deployed
pages are automatically displayed in the portal Page List.
In the Deployer task panel, the name of the newly-deployed package is displayed in the
Created Components block at the bottom. To launch the iView to see how it is displayed in
the portal, double-click its name.
If you have deployed a model and viewed it in the portal, you may wish to return
and make changes before deploying again. You may use the Clear button to
remove the text in the Created Components block before deploying again.
