SAP NetWeaver Visual Composer: User Guide 39
Rearranging the Model Hierarchy
...
...
1. Choose Search → Browse the Model.
2. In the model explorer browse tree, press CTRL and drag the icon or label of the node
representing the component you want to move, and drop it onto the label of the node
representing the target location.
You can move a component in the hierarchy by pressing CTRL and dragging the icon
from its place in the tree to the target location, if it is displayed in the workspace. For
example, you could CTRL + drag an iView from the tree into a page displayed in the
Design workspace.
Dragging an element without holding down the CTRL key generates a same-name copy
in the new location. You should always rename copied elements, to avoid problems
with overwrite when you deploy the package.
