4-5. Connecting 25kW System Cords And Cables
Connect the power output cable and
coolant lines as shown.
Connect 110-volt power cable as shown.
Plug the 110-volt cooler power cord into
the duplex at the rear of the power source
cart. On the 25kW system, the cooler must
be plugged into the right side duplex. This
is identified with a label that reads
“switched receptacle.” The ON-OFF
switch located to the left operates this
plug.
The IH/TS Control is plugged in the left
side duplex. Do not use these duplex
connections for operating auxiliary tools,
such as grinders, drills, lights, etc.
Connect output power cables to the output
connectors.
. All coolant connections have 5/8-18
left-hand threads.
D Connect the “coolant out” line from
the cooler directly to the output ex-
tension cable.
D Connect the “coolant in” line on
the IH/TS directly to the remaining
output extension cable connection.
D Connect the “coolant out” line from
the IH/TS to the “coolant in” line on
the cooler.
