Adjust the B side fluid restric-

turned on.
Decrease the air motor velocity
with a smaller tip.
B4A Dosing size A alarm Spray The fluid dosing size is greater
than 45 cc when fast dosing is
turned off.

Decrease the air motor velocity

is fouled, or damaged.
Remove inlet housing & clean
and inspect. See manual

opened to allow flow.

Pump motor linear sensor
has no signal.

Replace sensor if problem fol-

Linear sensor plugged in while
power is on.
Power sprayer off and back on.
Do not plug in linear sensor
while power is on.
Bad connection inside fluid con-
trol module.
Replace fluid control module.

Pump motor linear sensor is
out of range.
Always Linear sensor is beyond range. Replace sensor or sensor mag-
net. See manual 313289.
Sprayer is not properly
grounded.
See Grounding, page 11.

Pump motor reed switch fail-
ure; missing signals from one
or both switches.
Always Bad motor cable connections,
or bad reed switch.
Swap A and B motor cables.
Replace cable if problem per-
sists. Otherwise replace reed
sensor assembly. See manual

Reed switch cable is plugged in
while power is on.
Power sprayer off and back on.
Do not plug in reed switch cable
while power is on.
Bad connection inside fluid con-
trol module.
Replace fluid control module.
