Pump Performance Charts
Calculate Fluid Outlet Pressure
To calculate fluid outlet pressure (MPa/bar/psi) at a specific
fluid flow (lpm/gpm) and operating air pressure (MPa/bar/psi),
use the following instructions and pump data charts.
1. Locate desired flow along bottom of chart.
2. Follow vertical line up to intersection with selected fluid
outlet pressure curve. Follow left to scale to read fluid out-
let pressure.
Calculate Pump Air Consumption
To calculate pump air consumption (m
3
/min or scfm) at a spe-
cific fluid flow (lpm/gpm) and air pressure (MPa/bar/psi), use
the following instructions and pump data charts.
1. Locate desired flow along bottom of chart.
2. Follow vertical line up to intersection with selected air con-
sumption curve. Follow right to scale to read air consump-
tion.
NOTE: Ratio setpoint has no significant effect on curves in either performance chart.
Air consumption includes turbine alternator; it does not include feed pumps or agitators.
