Turning Off and Restarting Sniff Patterns
Summary: Perform these steps to stop applying pattern matching strings to log file
entries. You can later resume monitoring a log using the sniff pattern.
To turn off sniff pattern matching:
Step 1
Double-click the BEAWLS_LOG icon to display the
individual log file instances.
Step 2 Right-click the instance icon of the log file for which you want to turn off
sniff patterns.
Step 3 From the KM Commands menu, choose Log Sniffing => Stop Pattern

To resume previously turned-off sniff pattern matching:
Step 1
Double-click the BEAWLS_LOG icon to display the individual log file
instances.
Step 2 Right-click the instance icon of the log file for which you want to see
sniff pattern information.
Step 3 From the KM Commands menu, choose Log Sniffing => Restart Pattern
