Lubrication
CAUTION
Observe the safety instruction sheets issued by the
lubricant manufacturers.
✗Tuchenhagen recommends using PARALIQ GTE
as a lubricant. This grease is suitable for use with
foodstuff and conforms to FDA regulations.
• Lubricate the threads of all screws lightly
• Before inserting the gaskets and flat gaskets, apply a
very thin layer of grease.
✗Irrespective of the operating time, the lubricant of the
gear should be replaced after 5 years. To do this,
slacken the 4 screws at the motor flange of the gear.
The motor can be lifted and the lubricant be drained.
Lubricant: DEA Falcon 320
Quantity: 400 cm

CAUTION
Be very careful when mounting the newly filled gear at
the motor. Make sure that the toothing of the motor
shaft and the gear do not get damaged.
Schmierung
VORSICHT
Sicherheitsdatenblätter der Schmierhersteller beachten.
✗Tuchenhagen empfiehlt als Schmierstoff
PARALIQ GTE. Dieses Fett ist nahrungsmittelgeeig-
net und entspricht den Richtlinien der FDA.
• Gewinde aller Schrauben vor der Montage leicht ein-
fetten.
• Alle Dichtringe und Flachdichtungen vor dem Einbau
hauchdünn mit Fett bestreichen.
✗Der Schmierstoff des Getriebes sollte unabhängig von
den Betriebsdauer nach 5 Jahren erneuert werden:
Die 4 Schrauben am Motorflansch lösen. Der Motor
kann dann abgehoben und der Schmierstoff abgelas-
sen werden.

VORSICHT
Die Montage des neu befüllten Getriebes an den Motor
muß mit äußerster Vorsicht vorgenommen werden, so
daß die Verzahnung von Motorwelle und Getriebe nicht
beschädigt wird.
