4. ClickUpload.TheFirmwareUpdatewindowappears.Itshowsthe
currentfirmwareversionandthenewfirmwareversion,andgives
youalastchancetoterminatetheupdate.
5. Toproceedwiththeupdate,clickUpdate.Toterminatetheupdate,
clickDiscard.Theupdatemaytakeseveralminutes.TheStatus
panelonthelefttrackstheprogressoftheupgrade.
Note:DoNOTpowertheDominionPXoffduringtheupdate.To
indicateattherackthatanupdateisinprogress,theoutletLEDswill
flashandtheunitʹsthree‐digitdisplaypanelwillalsoshow“FuP”.
6. Whentheupdateiscomplete,amessageappearssimilartotheone
shownbelowindicatingtheupdatewassuccessful.TheDominion
PXwillbereset,andtheLoginwindowwillre‐appear.Youcannow
loginandresumemanagingtheDominionPX.
Note:IfyouareusingDominionPXwithanSNMPmanager,youshould
re‐downloadtheDominionPXMIBafterupdatingtheunitʹsfirmware.
ThiswillensureyourSNMPmanagerhasthecorrectMIBfortherelease
youareusing.RefertotheUsingSNMPappendixformoreinformation.
