Setting Up User Profiles
TheDominionPXisshippedwithoneuserprofilebuiltin.Thisisthe
Adminprofile,whichwasusedfortheoriginallogin.Thisprofilehas
fullsystemandoutletpermissions,andshouldbereservedforthe
systemadministrator.Thisprofilecannotbemodifiedordeleted.
Allusersmusthaveauserprofile.Thepr
ofilespecifiesaloginnameand
password,andcontainsadditional(optional)informationabouttheuser.
ItalsoassignstheusertoaUserGroup,andtheUserGroupdetermines
theuserʹssystemandoutletpermissions.
Ifyouchoose,youcanrefrainfromassigningsomeoralluserstoaUs
er
Group,andinsteadassigntheirsystemandoutletspermissionsonan
individualbasis.
Note:Bydefault,multipleuserscanloginatthesametimeusingthe
loginnamefromthesameprofile.Youcanchangethissoonlyoneuser
atatimecanuseaspecificlogin.ThisisdonebychoosingDevice
Settings‐‐>SecurityandcheckingthecheckboxlabeledEnableSingle
LoginLimitation.
Creating a User Profile
Tocreateauserprofile:
1. ChooseUserManagement‐‐>Users&Groups.TheUser/Group
Managementwindowappears.ItisdividedintoaUser
ManagementpanelandaGroupManagementpanel.
