Store the saw in a cool, dry area out of reach from
children.
Refer to the engine/motor manual for engine/motor
tasks prior to storing the saw.
Disposal
Properly dispose of the saw when it’s no longer
repairable, and/or contains safety hazards not worth
repairing or maintaining. Complete the tasks listed below
to properly dispose of the saw when discontinuing
usage:
Drain all fluids from the saw and dispose according
to city, state, and federal regulations.
Remove the battery from the saw and bring it to a
recycling facility; many battery retailers also accept
old batteries.
Secure the saw in a truck/trailer and transport it to a
salvage yard or recycling facility for appropriate
disposal.
