1. Open needle valve
(Option, see Fig. 1-2)
2. Press key PUMP
3. Exchange membrane of the pump.
4. Exchange sample gas pump
5. Check the valve face of the solenoid
valves and exchange if necessary.
Exchange solenoid valves
6. Check gas lines including filters to
contamination.
Clean the gas lines and exchange
the filter elements.
